Ilem is a Licensed Mental Health practitioner, and a St. Thomas University graduate with a Masters in Psychology, with a focus on culture and the human ability to deal with and cope with emotions on their personal and professional lives. AS part of her development she has traveled extensively, visited Spain, England, Italy, France and many other countries of the world. During her trips she was able to observe their culture and how it relates to the human natural ability to cope with emotions. My love for the field of psychology continued to grow.


Ilem was born and raised in Cuba, and emigrated to the U.S. as a teenager. This experience has given her the opportunity to develop an understanding of the challenges that are faced by immigrants during their process of adaptation to the new host country, as well as the ones faced by the local population as they interact with the new members of their communities. She I likes to be a part of a team that shapes lives, and to help people them overcome the challenges and obstacles that they face as part of living in today’s multicultural work and personal environments.

Ms. Tania Alves is an Int’l Executive Coaching Associate with more than 20 years of multinational experience providing responsive and reliable guidance and Program and Project Management to sales executives, directors, managers, customers and vendors. She holds a successful track record in developing operational procedures ensuring efficiencies and completeness. She is a results-driven/team oriented professional capable of exceptionally create partnering skills to improve effectiveness and productivity of a business unit.


Born and raised in Brazil, Educated in the USA and having lived and worked in Europe for several years, Tania is Trilingual (English, Portuguese and Spanish), and an experience domestic and International business traveler and trainer. She has a heart for giving back to the community and spends her free time as a freelance artist/painter.



As a business entrepreneurial herself, Tania understands the do’s and don’ts of Sales and Customer Service. She is able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action, specializing in complex integrated business process. Tania’s approach is to utilize comprehensive strategy framework and flexible process designed to generate networking opportunities for incorporation of business unit into the company initiatives. 


She is also a Trainer on soft and personal skills for successful implementation of new sales teams and administrative/operation support. Her past experience in Banking, business owner and then, Cisco Systems for the past 16 yeards allowed her exposure to the formation of new sales teams especially in International arenas such as Latin America and Emerging Countries in Europe and Middle East. She has created and customize trainings that are direct to the needs of the Sales organization and designed to achieve long lasting fundamental changes that could fashion a positive contribution to any company.
