Smart business people leverage online assessments to make decisions about hiring, managing, promoting and leading others. They are an invaluable set of research-based tools to enhance the human capital within your company. 

Intercultural DISC™ is the international leadership version of the number 1 behavioural model, DISC (theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centers on four different behavioural traits, which today are called: dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance),  which combines its practicality  with the efficiency of the most researched intercultural models. It focuses on individuals and explains how different cultural dimensions influence the way we see the world and how others see us.

The Culture Compass™ helps you visualize the impact of your own cultural value preferences and potential behavioural pitfalls. This survey will measure your personal preferences in terms of Hofstede’s model in order to give advice as accurately as possible. Your personal preferences will be compared to the average value pattern of your country of interest.

CQ (Cultural Quotient) Assessments developed by David Livermore include scores for the four CQ capabilities and sub-dimensions, comparisons with the CQ worldwide norms for the four capabilities and sub-dimensions, a summary of scores, personal preferences for seven individual cultural value orientations e.g. individualism vs. collectivism, low vs. high context, etc.), and a personalized development plan for enhancing CQ.

Cultural Intelligence Workshop: Designed for preparing the middle and senior management for the challenges of managing people in a multicultural environment by developing their cultural intelligence, the ability to recognise and understand how cultural background influences behaviour and how to adapt to it. The topics include emotional intelligence, intercultural frameworks and behavioural science.
